If you have been following Bohemians through this campaign then you should be a very rich person by now. After a pre-season where one of the closest title races ever was being widely predicted, Pat Fenlon's side have blown that theory out of the water.

Now, it's a matter of when they pick up the title rather than if. Their 16 point lead with eight matches remaining will not be thrown away; particularly when their success to here has been based on efficiency and a stingy defence. Tonight's visit of Finn Harps should provide them with three more points and, naturally, there's not much value on the final outcome. Betfair's [1.28] on a Bohs win tells you all that you need to know.

However, the half time-full time at [1.75] does make serious appeal. Lately, Bohs have gotten into the habit of scoring early in games and effectively killing them off. Prior to the second half demolition of nearest rivals St Pat's last week, they had led at half time in their three previous starts. Over 2.5 goals at [1.87] is also worth a bet; Harps defence can be generous as proved last week in their 3-1 home reverse at the hands of Drogheda.

Elsewhere tonight, Galway United are in desperate need of a result when Shamrock Rovers visit Terryland Park. Galway prop up the table, but have been distracted by cup duties in the past week. They have qualified for the Ford FAI Cup semi finals by virtue of beating Bray after a replay but while they have been engrossed in that, Rovers have been resting due to their early elimination from that competition.Fresh from that break, they should be capable of getting a result here. A draw at [3.3] is tempting, but the [2.3] about a Rovers win could be the more likely outcome. They look a far better side with Joseph Ndo in the centre of the park.

The toughest match to call sees Drogheda United visit Derry at the Brandywell. There is very little to separate these teams, although Derry hold an eight point lead over Drogheda in the battle for third place in the league with the latter suffering from a turbulent season off the park that has clearly affected performances. At their best, they can come away from this encounter with something. Punting on a draw at [3.3] is advised.

Expect goals at the Carlisle Grounds where St Pat's return after their UEFA Cup defeat to Hertha Berlin on Tuesday to take on a Bray side who exited the FAI Cup ignominiously to Galway on the same night. The Saints have a busy schedule ahead of them, with crucial Setanta Cup and FAI Cup games in the next seven days. Johnny McDonnell may rotate his team and when he did that for the cup match with Sporting Fingal, it ended in a 3-3 draw. [2.38] about Over 2.5 goals is a worthy investment. In terms of the match itself, the current price of [1.9] about St Pat's seems fair enough, in normal circumstances you'd expect them to be around the 1.6 mark.

Draw/Draw at [4.6] about UCD and Sligo could be in a bet in the night's other Premier Division match, while there are four games in the First Division where Sporting Fingal should bounce back from a shock defeat to Wexford on Monday to beat Longford at home at [1.66].

Games involving Wexford are always value for goals - they won that game against Fingal 3-2. They should lose at Waterford in a local derby, but [1.78] about Over 2.5 goals is a play.
