Naas 3:00 - Win Back - Zaarito
It may seem folly to back a novice chaser that has fallen on three of his five starts over fences but, hopefully, there will be plenty who want to take on Zaarito so he may end up a bigger price than he deserves to be. His form over fences is working out very well. He was only beaten a neck by Captain Cee Bee here in December and was almost upsides Citizen Vic, and travelling every bit as well as that one, when crashing out at the last in a Grade 1 at Leopardstown last time. It looks a case of if he stands up he wins and he should get plenty of time to measure his fences in this small field.
Naas 3:30 - Win Back - Fistoulig
Fistoulig has only won one race over hurdles but he is completely unexposed at this trip and may be able to double his tally in this ultra-competitive contest. He was a beaten favourite at Leopardstown last time but that was at the minimum distance and the way he powered up the hill when winning at Navan last year would suggest that this trip is well within his compass. Arthur Moore's horses have really started to hit form of late and Fistoulig looks well worth an interest with only 9-10 on his back.
Naas 4:30 - Win Lay - Angus House
Angus House is likely to be all the rage in the 3m maiden hurdle, if for no other reason than he represents the all-conquering Willie Mullins/Ruby Walsh combination, but he isn't one to get stuck into at a short price. His bumper form is nothing out of the ordinary and he again failed to convince with his attitude when second to Current Resession here last time, carrying his head very awkwardly when push came to shove. This isn't a particularly strong race but Seeability, Major Glendinning and Roxboro Lodge have all been placed over hurdles and Killary Bay did manage to win a bumper.
